Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

For small to medium sized products our suppliers typically use UPS, DHL, Fedex & USPS. For Larger items such as hoods, bumpers, diffusers etc. Truck Freight shipping is used.

Shipping costs can be seen by adding a product to your cart. You will be directed to a shipping estimator where shipping costs will be displayed. 

Please note for international shipments that the shipping cost we provide do not include any taxes or duties that you may incur. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay in order to receive the shipment. (Typically the courier will collect these fees.)

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Most products can ship within 1 - 7 business days however some products may need to be custom made or imported in from overseas. For custom built or imported products wait times can be anywhere from 4 - 12 weeks. If you want to make an order that is time sensitive, we highly recommend that you give us a call so we can check physical inventory before placing an order. 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Please email us with the desired product and we can do a custom shipping quote for you.

For larger items like bumpers, hoods, trunks etc. we highly recommend using a freight forwarding company like MyUS.com They will provide you with a shipping address here in the U.S. which you will provide as the shipping address when you place an order on our website.
We ship the part to MYUS address, and MYUS will ocean freight the part to you. There are various freight forwarding companies out there so choose the one you feel the most comfortable with. 

(Canadian orders can be made directly online and shipping costs will be calculated accordingly. )

Please note that Taxes and duties are not included in our shipping costs

IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AN OPTION?

Our website only charges for standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Local pick up is available for a few select products. Please contact us for availability.     

 


Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders can be placed online, via email or over the phone. However we recommend placing the order over the website to avoid any errors with customer information especially with shipping address.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
During the checkout process, you will need to create an account. It is necessary so that both parties are able to track the details and progress of the order.  For larger items like bumpers, hood, etc please provide the a telephone number as well for shipping purposes.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Change / Modify Order: To modify an order, please contact us either by email or phone. Please provide your order details such as order number or first and last name of the person who placed the order. Please note that some orders can ship quick and changing them might not be possible once the product is in transit. 

Cancellations: If an order has not shipped and you decide you would like to cancel an order, please contact us via email or over the phone. In most cases, custom order items may not be cancelled especially if the process to make the part has already begun. Please note that Paypal no longer refunds their Paypal fee which is typically 3% of the entire order. That is the only part of the transaction that we cannot refund. Original cost of the product & shipping costs minus paypal fees are refundable.

Returns: Most products can be returned and exchanged within 7 days of the customer receiving the product as long as they are unused / unopened. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for return shipment costs.  If the product arrives damaged, defective or has fitment issues, please send us pictures or videos via email showing the issue. We will open up a claim with the manufacturer and ship out a replacement at no cost to you. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once our supplier ships out your product, we will send tracking information via email. If you ordered multiple products, especially orders with different product brands you may receive multiple tracking numbers. In this case, each tracking number will be labeled with the name of what is being shipped out.
